Program Manager
SHOULD:
- Have a strong track record personally managing multiple web & mobile projects
- Have experience directly handling enterprise clients and complex stakeholder relationships
- Have proven ability to manage project details while seeing strategic opportunities
- Excel in both doing and delegating project management responsibilities
- Have a background in hands-on project delivery and team leadership
Impact you'll drive:
- Manage major client engagements while overseeing the broader project portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients while driving business value
- Create scalable project management frameworks that enable teams to deliver high-quality solutions consistently
- Drive revenue growth through excellent delivery and expanded client engagements
What you'll do
- Lead and deliver multiple high-value client projects simultaneously
- Balance hands-on project management with strategic portfolio oversight
- Transform client projects into case studies for satisfaction and success
- Create and implement repeatable processes while actively managing complex projects
- Optimize resource allocation and proactively manage risks across projects

Work Week: 40 Hours
Fully remote/ WFH
Flexible schedule where you can start and end work anytime of the day
Work for 2 "3 hour blocks" and 1 "2 hour block"
Holidays
All official regular and special non-working holidays
When working on a holiday, you'll gain an extra leave credit that can be redeemed as cash at the end of every quarter
2-week vacation every December
Office Hours
Flexible with a 6-7pm daily team-wide meeting

Startup learning sessions
Learning sessions: ie. Thursdevs/Frontend Fridays/Manage Mondays/etc (Usually happens once a month)
