Senior Full Stack Software Developer
SHOULD:
- Have at least 7 years of relevant experience in full stack development.
- Demonstrate proficiency in advanced frontend and backend development, with expertise in modern frameworks and tools.
- Have a strong track record of leading and delivering complex projects successfully.
- Possess exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams and with stakeholders.
- Excel in mentoring developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
- Be adept at strategic problem-solving to address technical challenges and align solutions with business goals.
- Have a deep understanding of the business impact of software solutions, ensuring projects deliver maximum value to clients.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and advocate for their integration when beneficial to the organization.
What you'll do
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software projects, ensuring best practices and high-quality standards.
- Take ownership of the architecture and technical direction of projects, aligning with client and business objectives.
- Conduct code reviews and implement quality assurance to maintain robust and scalable software.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies, keeping the team's skills current and relevant.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, UI/UX designers, and clients, to define and execute project requirements.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Proactively communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimize workflows, improve processes, and deliver client-focused solutions.
Work Week: 40 Hours
Fully remote/ WFH
Flexible schedule where you can start and end work anytime of the day
Work for 2 "3 hour blocks" and 1 "2 hour block"
Holidays
