UI/UX Designer

UI/UX Designer
SHOULD:
- Have at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Have a good eye for design and a strong design portfolio.
- Have a good understanding on key UI/UX design principles.
- Be able to do user interviews, user research, user flows and other UX activities.
- Be able to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Have good understanding of design thinking and other design processes.
- Be able to lead or co-lead kickoff meetings, ideation sessions, workshops, and client demos.
- Have excellent attention to detail and can create detailed prototypes.
- Be able to give constructive feedback and open to any kind of feedback.
- Be able to adapt and work when assigned to multiple projects and projects with unclear requirements.
- Have basic or good understanding and/or proficiency of frontend web development stack, including HTML5, CSS3 (and SASS/SCSS), Javascript, and other frontend frameworks. Experience with Webflow and React is a plus but not required.
- Have a growth mindset and constantly tries to be better.
What you'll do
- Use Figma to create awesome designs and prototypes.
- Do user interviews, user research, user flows and other UX activities.
- Implement designs from Figma to frontend development or no-code tools like Webflow.
- Work closely with clients, project managers, other designers, and developers to deliver high-quality products.
- Create beautiful presentations and present to key stakeholders.
- Lead or co-lead kickoff meetings, ideation sessions, workshops, and client demos.
- Help mentoring, and establishing a design culture within Symph.
Work Week: 40 Hours
Fully remote/ WFH
Flexible schedule where you can start and end work anytime of the day
Work for 2 "3 hour blocks" and 1 "2 hour block"
Holidays
All official regular and special non-working holidays
When working on a holiday, you'll gain an extra leave credit that can be redeemed as cash at the end of every quarter
2-week vacation every December
